Editorial Reviews About the Author Lisa Campbell Ernst was born in Oklahoma but now makes her home in Kansas City, Missouri. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1978 from the University of Oklahoma and then began a career in advertising before turning to her true love: writing and illustrating books.
