In the first of the two lullabies in this book, two elves ride a big bird to peep through a window where a little girl sleeps. The pair returns, cozy in an elephant's trunk, in the second poem, which finds them looking at a sleeping boy. Hilb holds dual Argentine and German citizenship, speaks several languages, and has taken part in many international illustration exhibitions. Hilb and her family live in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
